The firefighters will be involved in their own personal family dramas in the next episode of "Chicago Fire" season 5.

In the episode titled "Lift Each Other," the parents of Antonio (John Seda) and Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) will drop by to celebrate their wedding anniversary with a big party. But things will not work out according to plan.

Seda revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter back in October that there will be several issues that will rock the Dawson family. This will allow players to get to know more about Gabriela and Antonio's personalities outside their profession.

"They're emotional characters; when it comes to family, they don't play around with that," Seda stated in the interview. "Their family values are really strong so when there are some issues that come up, it's going to affect them pretty good," he went on to say.

Aside from the Dawsons' issues, Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker) will also have a problem of his own because of his stepson, James (Juan Lozada).

Based on the trailer for the upcoming episode, James will admit to Chief Boden that someone hit him. This will prompt the Battalion 25 chief to put matters into his own hands.

The episode will also reveal that Casey (Jesse Spencer) will deal with another hard rescue mission as he attempts to save a young boy from a warehouse fire.

To give a lighter tone to the drama-filled episode, Otis (Yuri Sardarov) and Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) will have a little competition during the mud-hundred race.

Meanwhile, TVLine also teased that "Rookie Blue" alum Charlotte Sullivan will appear in the winter finale of "Chicago Fire" season 5 as a patient who needs a bone marrow transplant.

"Towards the end of the winter finale [airing Dec. 6], there's a woman (Sullivan) who is in distress, who Severide (Taylor Kinney) is going to make a decision to help out," executive producer Derek Haas said.

The next episode of "Chicago Fire" season 5 is slated to air on Tuesday, Nov. 29, on NBC.

Fear, denial and control: Why the Cuban government prohibits the most natural responses to the country’s dire humanitarian needs

It may be hard to fathom how such pettiness plays into the government’s wider crackdown on FoRB and other fundamental human rights, or how on earth it could justify extending its repression to children, but ultimately it all comes down to fear.
