Good news for newlyweds Ciara and Russell Wilson: They are finally expecting their first child together!

The singer broke the news on her Instagram account (@ciara) by sharing a black and white photo of herself with Wilson cradling her belly.

"On this special Birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family.. and I'm excited to Finally share one of the Greatest Gifts of All that God could give," she captioned the photo.

Wilson, who plays the quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, also shared the same photo on his social media account and wrote, "The Greatest Blessing of All. Forever Grateful. #BabyWilsonOnTheWay."

Ciara broke the news as she celebrated her 31st birthday. Her fans thus showered her with words of congratulations and well-wishes.

The "Body Party" songstress already has a two-year-old boy named Future Zahir with her ex-fiancé, rapper Future. Even the young boy is excited at the prospect of being an older brother.

"Ciara and Russell are so happy to be expecting. They are both so thrilled on the news," a source told E! News. "They told baby Future about his sibling that's in his mommy's belly. He seems excited."

Despite their pregnancy announcement, the source said there's something the Christian couple wants to keep a secret from fans — the baby's gender. The source claimed they "know the sex of the baby" already, but are simply keeping it under wraps for now.

Ciara and Wilson got engaged this March after a year-long courtship. Wilson finally proposed while they were vacationing in Seychelles after the Paris Fashion Week. They tied the knot four months later at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England.

"I'll tell you, the best part of the wedding was watching her walk down the aisle. I had so many [thoughts], but to see her gracefully walk down the aisle in that long train... and to realise I was going to spend the rest of my life with her gives me chills," Wilson earlier told PEOPLE of their wedding. "Ever since the first day I met her, she's always been, honestly, my best friend. We've been so close."
