"Dragon Ball FighterZ's" roster is about to exceed a power level of 9000, as the latest downloadable content (DLC) reveal shows off the premium characters, some of which are franchise heavyweights.

The next two DLC characters for the "Dragon Ball Z" fighting game have been revealed to be Broly and Bardock by publisher Bandai Namco in an announcement for the Japanese magazine V-Jump. Apart from the identity of the two characters, no other details have been unveiled, meaning there is no release date or pricing available yet. For those who have played both "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" and it's sequel, it can be recalled that the same two characters also appeared, which is why they were bundled together for "Dragon Ball FighterZ."

The abilities and superpowers of the two new fighters have also been revealed, with Broly's being a Giant Meteor super attack that will use up to three bars from the energy pool. Meanwhile, Bardock's is a Revenger Assault super attack that transforms him to Super Saiyan and rains down fury on whoever is facing him. Like in the anime, the two also seem to be out for trouble and are looking to fight the strongest in the universe and even caused trouble for Goku.

Not much else is known regarding the capabilities of both characters though Broly seems to be the traditional powerhouse character with a large body and long reach. This could be preferred by players who have an aggressive play style that requires high risk and high reward actions.

As an added bonus for those who already own "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," "Dragon Ball FighterZ" will also give out additional Android 21 costumes and accessories for free to players. This is regardless of the platform, though the two games will have to be on the same gaming device or platform.

Owners of "Dragon Ball FighterZ" should stay tuned for the release date and further announcements for the said DLC characters.
