The episode 111 preview teaser for Toei Animation's "Dragon Ball Super" was already released, giving anime fans an idea on what the next battle in the Tournament of Power will look like. The Oct. 15 episode featured the fight between two of the most powerful and skilled warriors in all 12 universes, Hit and Jiren. As per the latest rumors, the Universe 6 assassin will not be successful in putting down Jiren.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 111 trailer shows that Hit will try his best to land a blow to Jiren's body. However, it appears that Jiren is far more powerful than he thought as Hit's attacks and special techniques do nothing to immobilize him, according to the latest reports. In the last part of the trailer, Hit was able to punch Jiren right in the chest, although the punch may not have done serious damage on his body.
Based on the episode 111 trailer, Jiren seems to have the upper hand in the battle, although the outcome of the fight is still unknown. Anyone between Jiren and Hit can be declared the winner, but thanks to episode 112 spoilers, it was revealed that Jiren will emerge as the winner.
As reported by Blasting News, the upcoming "Dragon Ball Super" episode 112 is titled "Saiyans Vow! Vegeta's Resolve!!" The said episode will air in Japan on Oct. 22. According to the leaked episode plotline, Hit will use his special Time Skip technique, in hopes that Jiren will be defeated. At some point, Hit will also allow Jiren to throw punches on him so that he could learn his opponent's fighting style and strategy. Unfortunately for Hit, Jiren might be too powerful for him that his body will be greatly damaged.
With Hit's apparent defeat in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 112, the chances of Universe 6 being the next one to be obliterated by Zeno are growing. Aside from Hit's loss to Jiren, the episode is expected to show Vegeta rescuing his disciple Cabba as other fighters decide to focus on bringing down the Universe 6 team.
Meanwhile, Otakukart thinks that Hit's defeat in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 112 will not be for nothing. It is possible that Hit is letting others learn about Jiren's strengths and weaknesses during battle. He might also be preparing Goku in his fight with Jiren later on in the Tournament of Power.
