The 15th major installment in the highly popular "Final Fantasy" role playing video game series, "Final Fantasy 15," is now just days away from being released. With the game now almost out, Square Enix has been ramping up its promotions for the game which include the release of a brand new video game trailer that showcases the game's characters and its various features.

The brand new trailer features an introduction and overview of the game's new characters and their story, as well as a first-hand glimpse of the game's new combat system. Square Enix also outlined the details of the game's day one patch which they will be giving out for free. The patch itself will contain several bug fixes and enhancements, but more importantly, it will be adding several new features which are aimed at enhancing the overall story of the game.

The day one patch, called the "Crown Update," was reportedly created to bridge together the events of the recently released animated movie, "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" and the "Omen" trailer, through the addition of several new cut scenes. The company explains that the new scenes will be making the story and timeline of events easier to follow for those who are new to the franchise.

Aside from the new scenes, the patch itself will also contain several new additions to the game's available recipes and an improved camera system that will significantly improve how it follows a battle, especially in tight spaces. Another feature that will be added by the new patch is a screenshot system that will allow players to take in-game photos which they can then share on social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter.

The patch's announcement also contained a statement from the game's director, Hajime Tabata, who addressed the leak issue which threatens to spoil the game's story before it is released. Tabata mentioned that they are very regretful of the situation, but that they will be doing everything they can to prevent any unauthorized footages from appearing online.

"Final Fantasy 15" is scheduled to be released next week, Nov. 29, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
