Nintendo announced that it will be releasing five downloadable contents (DLCs) for "Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia," which will come out on May 19.

According to Nintendo, the DLCs are "Fledgling Warriors," "Undaunted Heroes," "Lost "Altars," "Rise of the Deliverance," and a yet-untitled fifth DLC. Each pack is inclusive of new maps and dungeons.

"Fledgling Warriors" will be the first to be released, coming out on May 19, same as "Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia." Nintendo describes this DLC as containing maps and a dungeon that will aid novice players.

This will be followed by "Undaunted Heroes" and "Lost Altars," which will both come out on May 25. "Undaunted Heroes" is aimed toward more experienced players. Aside from new dungeons, "Lost Altars" will allow players to access character classes that are not available in the main game.

"Rise of the Deliverance" is described as a prologue, in which players can find more about the history of Valentia. It will allow players to take control of a character that was not playable in "Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia." Furthermore, it will add more support dialogues between the characters in the main game.

The fifth DLC has no title and no description as of yet. Its release date has also yet to be revealed by Nintendo.

Players can purchase the DLCs either by getting the Season Pass, which is priced at $44.99 and can be availed of by May 19, or getting each content separately. "Fledgling Warriors" costs $7.99, "Undaunted Heroes" is priced at $9.99, "Lost Altars" costs $14.99, and "Rise of the Deliverance" amount to $12.99. The fifth DLC is priced at $5.99. Given these prices, players will be able to save more money by getting the Season Pass as opposed to purchasing each DLC separately.

"Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia" is released exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
