'General Hospital' spoilers, recap: Michael has a surprise for Sonny

Thursday on "General Hospital," Rosalie confronted Nikolas about him turning her over to the police. He told her to give him a good reason not to lock her up. She said that they had a voice recording of her, but Nikolas said that they tricked her. He told Rosalie to recant her statement and told her that if she didn't, then he'd reveal her secret. He said that if she recants, then she'd still be able to work at ELQ, and she agreed to do it.

Michael visited Sabrina at her place and told her about Lucy betraying him. He said that Lucy accused him of taking AJ to hurt Sonny. Michael said that she was right, and Sabrina asked him if he was thinking about forgiving Sonny for what he did to AJ. Michael said he didn't know if he could, but he said that he'd been unhappy for quite some time now and wanted to reconnect with his parents. Sabrina told him to give AJ back to Sonny.

Carly angrily told Sonny about Nikolas taking ELQ, which meant so much to Michael. Sonny said that he hadn't lost everything — after all, he still had his daughter. Morgan arrived and Carly left for work. Morgan told his father about what happened with Denise and that Rosalie caught them. Sonny said that he wouldn't tell Kiki, but he shouldn't trust Rosalie because of what she did to Michael and ELQ. Morgan thought that Kiki wouldn't betray him because they were friends before she even knew Michael.

Denise visited Silas and told him that if she didn't get access to her daughter, then she'd stop pretending to be Denise and people would know about her being Ava. He told her that if he gave her what he wanted, both of them could wind up in jail, but Denise said that she really had to see Avery.

Here's what to expect on "General Hospital" on Friday, June 26: Sabrina tells Michael that he will have to make a choice; Franco and Denise take advantage of an opportunity; Michael has a surprise for Sonny; Dante and Valerie share a moment; Nina asks Denise if she's dating Franco.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1 p.m. on ABC.
