April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson's (Jesse Williams) fate will finally be revealed in the upcoming episode of the hit ABC series "Grey's Anatomy."

In "Unbreak My Heart," CarterMatt reports that viewers will be watching a series of flashbacks regarding the "Japril" relationship ever since they started dating each other. From the time they met, to the moment they broke each other's heart, the episode will pay tribute to the one couple in the series who experienced so much pain and heartaches. Perhaps, it will also be revealed whether April and Jackson will decide to stay together or get divorced.

The promo for the episode will surely bring out nostalgic memories of "Japril" through the years, especially when they were still young interns. The clip ends with the most heartbreaking scene of all, when April asks Jackson when he decided that he was done with their marriage. Her husband reveals that it happened when she left for Jordan.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Drew shared that the big reveal about "Japril" would happen in episode 11. Fans have been left to ponder about what would happen to the married couple after Jackson told April he wanted divorce. For her part, April wanted their relationship to work. She tried her best to convince her husband to stay. Although they slept together the night they were supposed to talk about the separation, in the morning, they were still as distant as ever.

"You don't really find out what really happened with April and Jackson until episode 11. You get little snippets in 9 and 10, but 11 is a big one. ... As long as they're alive, there is always hope. No matter what, they really, desperately love one another. They're in a really rough spot, but there is always hope."

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
