It looks like hostile tandems will form in the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12. In the episode, titled "Odd Man Out," Richard will change the pairings in the hospital after complaints that some doctors are getting special treatment.

From the looks of it, Meredith will end up paired with Jo, who appears to be the last person she wants to work with. In the promo for the next "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode, Jo lashes out on Meredith, who looks uninterested in everything she was saying.

In a sneak peek for the "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode, Jo demands respect from Meredith, who scolds Jo after she learned that she did not prepare for EGD.

"I get it. You do not like me. I am in Alex's life, and you are always blocking my way. Get your own boyfriend!" Jo says.

"I'm a human being. I'm not some stupid lump you can kick around or talk down to or talk down about or dismiss and discount," Jo tells Meredith, who said she was merely overreacting.

Meanwhile, this "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 installment will also be laden with baby problems. To begin with, April is still determined to keep her pregnancy a secret from the father of her unborn child.

Jackson still has no idea that her estranged wife is pregnant, and April likes to keep it that way. Arizona tries to convince April to tell Jackson the truth, but April knows there's so much that can happen when she spills the beans.

April believes that Jackson will feel trapped and compelled to work things out with her because of the baby. She also thinks that telling him will worsen the state of their relationship. In the next "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode, however, she might actually muster the courage to break the news to Jackson.

The second baby dilemma involves Arizona, who is faced with the challenge of helping a woman pregnant with quadruplets to survive the labor.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 14, "Odd Man Out," will air on March 17 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
