Alex (Justin Chambers) is in danger of losing his career in Grey Sloan now that Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) will be trying to push him out. Meanwhile, one of the three new castings for "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 is anticipated to be Arizona's (Jessica Capshaw) new girl.

The upcoming sixth episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 is titled "Roar," and according to the synopsis released by The Futon Critic – "A familiar face returns to Grey Sloan, throwing many of the doctors for a loop. With Catherine putting on the pressure, Bailey has to make a decision about Alex while a tough ER case makes Amelia's bad day even worse."

In the episode 6 promo, it appears that Alex will be doing something out of line given his current status in the hospital, and Bailey (Chandra Wilson) will warn him that he is already on thin ice. This might be the last straw for Alex since Catherine no longer wants him at Grey Sloan. She threatens Bailey to take action or else, knowing that she's a big and important investor in the hospital, she will.

Bailey can only do so much to save Alex, and she — together with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) —might not be able to pull enough strings to keep him at Grey Sloan.

Meanwhile, "Grey's Anatomy" will be having three new guest stars and one of them is expected to be Arizona's new lover. These three actresses are Marika Dominczyk, Bridget Regan, and Tessa Ferrer, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Ferrer will reprise her role as Leah, who used to be one of the interns at Grey Sloan and Arizona's short-lived romance, and is anticipated to be the "familiar face" returning in episode 6.

Dominczyk will play Eliza Minnick, while Regan's character was unspecified. Details of which among the three will be Arizona's new girl are yet to be revealed.

Showrunner Shonda Rhimes said, "I'm very excited to introduce a love interest for her, and to get to tell a story with her that lets her be who she is, and to see who she is post the relationships that she's had."

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.

His arrest — the result of a personal vendetta — was a devastating moment. But even in that dark place, God was at work. Today, Wilson is the Executive Director of Prison Fellowship Zimbabwe, leading programmes that are restoring prisoners and reuniting families across the country.
