Fans of the "GTA Online" game were disappointed to hear that Rockstar has delayed the release of their most-awaited "Biker" DLC. This DLC was supposed to be released last week, but now there are new reports that it will be released by next month instead.

According to Game N Guide, a lot of rumors have been popping up ever since last week, which points out the possible reason behind the DLC's release date getting delayed. Rumors of a Rockstar insider abound, saying that the delay was caused by some technical glitches discovered by the game developers, which forced them to have the "Biker" DLC update cancelled for the time being.

This purported insider reports on Twitter that Rockstar Games will instead release the "GTA Online" downloadable content come September. With this, a lot of players had some nasty things to say against the rumored insider, but regardless of the fact, majority of the people playing "GTA Online" still count this person as a reliable insider when it comes to the "Biker" DLC updates.

Movie News Guide also reports that another prolific tipster said that the delay is in fact advantageous, since a September release will be more realistic for the "Biker" DLC. Furthermore, he advised other gamers that the game might be released on a Tuesday in September, since this is normally when new updates go live.

Also, it is quite common for Rockstar Games to release some customized Halloween DLC sometime during October or November, as most of the veteran players can attest. As such, it makes more sense for this open world game's "Biker" DLC to be released on September instead.

Regardless, with Rockstar Games still silent amidst the rumors, nobody can say for sure what happened, so player should wait for further announcements for  the"GTA Online Biker" DLC in the meantime.
