The upcoming season of ABC's "How to Get Away with Murder" promises to be a challenging one for both for Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) and her Keating 5.

At the end of season 2, Wes (Alfred Enoch) was finally able to track down and come face to face with his father, Wallace Mahoney (Adam Arkin). However, just as Wes was about to introduce himself, his father was shot right in front of him.

According to a report by Game N Guide, after the turmoil that Wes experienced last season and the layers of secrets that he came face to face with, his father's murder might just push him down a darker path.

Connor (Jack Falahee) and Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) are also expected to deal with Oliver's secret after he deleted the email of Connor's acceptance letter to Stanford Law. It can be recalled that Connor wanted to transfer after getting deeper and deeper into the complications of the cases that he and the rest of the gang handle for Annalise. Oliver, on the other hand, wants to stay and keep working for her.

In the recent trailer released for the season, Annalise is shown as a target of a smear campaign on campus. Whether this is perpetrated by someone who is privy to her secrets remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, the episode synopsis for the season 3 premiere has been released and hints that the story will pick up immediately after the events of the season 2 finale.

"The Keating 5 attempt to move on with their lives, knowing Wallace Mahoney's murder is still unsolved, and Frank is still missing; Annalise creates a criminal law clinic and wrestles with a decision involving Frank," the synopsis read.

Charlie Weber —who plays Frank — retains series regular status despite disappearing after his role in Annalise's miscarriage was revealed. Ricamora was also promoted as a series regular.

"How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 returns to ABC on Thursday, Sept. 22, 10 p.m. EDT.

More recently, I’ve enjoyed Christian movies Unsung Hero and Jesus Revolution on limited release in the UK, but it’s rare for such films to make the multiplex chains.
