Chinese phone developer Huawei has been known for producing flagship smartphones with impressive specs at a lower cost than its competitors. Right now, the Chinese company has made another technological advance in the wearable industry by releasing their latest smartwatch, the Huawei Honor S1.

The Huawei Honor S1 was recently launched in the early part of October, and was soon made available on the market before the month ended. The new Huawei Honor S1 sports a practical design coupled with all the specs that a typical Fitness Tracker should be equipped with.

Huawei's new smartwatch sports has an E-paper display that allows its users to view all the information presented on the screen clearly even when under direct sunlight. Its circular display is integrated with a metallic body that can come with straps colored Navy Blue, Deep Gray, and Orange.

Furthermore, the Huawei Honor S1 straps are replaceable, making it easy for its users to switch to a color that would fit their outfit. The Huawei Honor S1's straps come in two sizes, a short one which is 130mm-200mm long and a longer one that measures 140mm-210mm.

As for the Huawei Honor S1's Fitness Tracking features, it sports a 5ATM waterproof body that will let its users take it for a swim. However, the device does not have any swimming metrics such as the ones found on the Apple Watch 2 and the Fitbit.

Huawei's Honor S1 does have a GPS tracking feature that can be connected to its user's phone, making it very useful for users who jog, run, or cycle. What's more is that the Huawei Honor S1's running mode lets its users view more data on its display. Users will be able to view information such as oxygen updates and recovery times.

The Huawei Honor S1 is now available for $129.99 USD.
