Ben and Jessa Seewald from the TLC show "Counting On" did not waste any time in expanding their family of three.

The two recently announced on their blog that their nine-month-old son Spurgeon Elliot will now become a "big brother," since Jessa is around three months pregnant already.

"We are so thankful that God is adding to our family. 2017 is shaping up to be a wonderful year already and we know Spurgeon will do a great job in his new role. Having Spurgeon has been such a wonderful blessing and we cannot wait to see the face of this sweet new baby (or babies!)," they write.

Jessa and her older sister Jill Dillard, who already has a one-year-old son named Israel David with husband Derick Dillard, announced in May that they plan on getting pregnant with their second children at the same time.

"I think we will probably be pregnant at the same time," Jill said during the "Counting On" season 1 finale, according to The Daily Mail. "But to say who will be first, well Israel is older... so we will see."

Both Duggar sisters have earlier expressed their desire to adopt children. Before Jessa got married to Ben, they were already discussing their option to welcome adopted kids to their home.

"We hope to adopt a lot of kids. If God blesses us with biological children of our own, it's not going to quench our desire to adopt," Jessa told PEOPLE, while Ben added, "Kids are so important."

Meanwhile, as happy as Ben said Jessa are to be expecting their second child, Ben is worried how Jessa will feel about her body again after giving birth.

"We fight about this. Jessa thinks she's fat, but she doesn't remember all the times people tell her that she looks great," he told E! Online.
