Jessa Seewald from the former TLC reality show "19 Kids and Counting," who is currently carrying her first child nicknamed Quincy, has always had a positive outlook in life, but there are certain situations that get her down. To help herself get through these difficult times, Jessa turns to God by recalling one of her favourite Bible verses.

"Probably one of my favorite verses in difficult times is Romans 8:28," she shared with the Duggar Family Blog. The verse says: "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to His purpose."

"It is a great reminder that, as Christians, no matter what we go through, God is with us, and He can bring us out stronger on the other side. He specialises in taking a miserable lump of clay and creating out of it a beautiful vessel for His glory," she said.

There are so many inspiring stories in the Bible of people like Esther and Joseph, added Jessa, and she loves reading how God worked through their lives and created something better "than they ever could have imagined."

"God can bring beauty from ashes. He delights in showing Himself strong!" the expectant mother said. "When we turn to God through tough times, He is always there for us. And often, as we grow and learn through things, He may allow us in the future to come alongside and support someone else who is walking through a similar situation."

For support, Jessa feels so blessed since she has both her mother and Ben's mom to help her out. "Both are such genuinely sweet women of God," she gushed. "Both are amazing role models for me, and I look up to them with the highest admiration."
