Join in the Bishop's Game!

The teams from last year's Bishop's Game

The Bishops of Lynn and Thetford will be going head to head later this month in a friendly game of cricket.

The Bishop of Lynn's XI will be drawn mostly from the Lynn archdeaconry, while the Bishop of Thetford's XI will come from the Norfolk archdeaconry.

The Bishop's Game will be contested at the Marlingford Cricket Club, with play starting at 2pm and the Bishop of Norwich presiding as umpire.

Anyone wanting to participate can contact the Bishop's Chaplain, Simon Ward on bishops.chaplain@norwich.anglican.org.

People are also being invited to come along as spectators and enjoy the afternoon of friendly competition.
