A source says lovebirds David Foster and Katharine McPhee have no plans of getting married.

While it seems things are getting serious in the couple's May/December love affair, a source told E! News that another marriage is far from their minds at the moment.

McPhee was previously married for six years with manager Nick Cokas. They separated in 2014 and finalized their divorce in 2016. Meantime, Foster has already been married four times -- the latest was with Yolanda Hadid, mother of models Gigi and Bella. They were divorced in 2017.

"David has not shown any interest in getting married again," the source said. "He hasn't discounted how he feels about Katherine but there are no plans for them to even get engaged anytime soon."

The source added that the couple seems "content" and are really "enjoying the bond" that they have right now, describing their relationship as "very healthy and in a good place."

The 68-year-old musician has eight children, five of which are daughters. According to the insider, none of them sees their father walking down the aisle again. That does not stop his daughters from poking fun at the situation, though.

"David's daughters joke that their father would indeed require a strict pre-nup for his fifth marriage," the insider quipped.

Foster was first rumored to be dating the 33-year-old "Scorpion" star in May, when they were seen together at Malibu's Nobu Restaurant. McPhee initially denied that they were romantically involved, saying they were just "very good friends."

In early December, the couple as good as confirmed their relationship when they were seen sharing a kiss after having lunch at Beverly Hills' E Baldi Restaurant.

They also spent the holidays together in Europe. The couple was photographed walking around and snapping pictures in Paris. They were also spotted sharing a kiss in the city of love.
