The Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum artist will be performing at the Discovery Centre in Barking on November 18 at 7pm.

Tickets are on sale at £37.50 for preferred seating, with only 200 seats available, or £30 on the door. Doors open at 6pm for the concert, hosted by Trinity Chapel.

His first solo album, The Rebirth of Kirk Franklin, went platinum in 2002 after topping the gospel albums chart for 29 weeks.

His follow-up album, Hero, went platinum in December 2006 and went on to win two Grammy Awards in 2007.
