In a season where drama seemed unending, "Love & Hip Hop" Season 5 is actually coming to a close. But in true "LHH" fashion, it's going to end with big drama too. The first part of the reunion special proved just that.
Erica Mena was a no-show in Part 1 of the reunion. It was confirmed that Erica has already quit the show because she can't take the negativity anymore. But even then, she granted Mona Scott-Young a one-on-one interview that proved to be more controversial than her not being in the show.
Erica revealed what she thought about ex-girlfriend Cyn Santana, Chrissy Monroe and Rich Dollaz. Erica said hat Cyn is "playing the victim." Cyn was quick to disagree and said that their relationship ended with Erica's lying. Further, Cyn admits that she's happy and in love with Ray now.
As or Rich and Jhonni Blaze's business and pleasure kind of relationship, Jhonni confesses that she still has feelings for Rich but she has decided to try and move on. With Rich, he admits that it was just purely business and pleasure for him, no feelings attached. Jhonni then points to Diamond Strawberry who was seated offstage.
Moving on to Chrissy and Chink, Chrissy admits that she still loves Chink and would even take him back. However, Chink doesn't feel the same way anymore. After the conversation, the host airs Erica's comments about Chrissy that goes "a pathetic, ran threw, can't have a child to save her life w----." Chrissy just ignored it.
Despite being seated offstage, Diamond was called out to join in the conversation. She was asked about her daughter and she says that her daughter is now living with her. What's coming next is something every cast and fan wants to know about.
The host asks Diamond about what happened in the bathroom in Episode 12. Even if Rich and Diamond kept it a secret then, they didn't realize that the producers actually recorded audio during that night.
The reunion ended with the cliffhanger about Diamond and Rich. Also, VH1 revealed a new spoiler for Part 2, it goes "Everyone fell in love with Lil' Mendeeccees maternal grandmother, Kim, this season – from her tell it like it is personality to her gangsta suits and sweet smile, we just couldn't get enough of her. While she's still trying to figure out who is paying her dry cleaning bill, we sat down with Ms. Kim to find who's responsible for her unique hairstyle, and the answer surprised us."
"Love & Hip Hop" Part 2 reunion will air on April 13, 8/7c on VH1.
