The 89<sup>th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will see the return of America's favorite balloons and floats on Nov. 26, 2015.

The 3-hour parade will be hosted by NBC TODAY's Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker.

Millions of New Yorkers and tourists are expected to line the streets of New York to catch the famous parade, which will include over 8,000 participants this year. This includes clowns, bands, balloon handlers and more.

For those who can't make it to New York City this year, the parade will be broadcast nationwide on NBC from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. across all time zones in America. A live stream of the parade will also be available on NBC.com. Up to 3.5 million spectators are expected along the 2.5 mile stretch of the parade in Manhattan, including over 50 million television viewers.

The line-up of performers and appearances for Macy's Thanksgiving Parade 2015 include Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo, Mariah Carey, Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson, Cirque du Soleil, Daughtry, Andra Day, Andy Grammer, Sandra Lee, Shawn Mendes, MercyMe, Mipso, Miss America 2016 Betty Cantrell, Jennifer Nettles, NHL legends Mark and Marty Howe, Jake Owen, Panic! at the Disco, Plain White T's, Rachel Platten, Questlove with the cast and the Muppets of "Sesame Street," Prince Royce, the cast of Broadway's "School of Rock," Trey Songz, Jordin Sparks, Chica and the gang from Sprout and Train.

Macy's Day parade will start from 77<sup>th Street and Central Park West at 9 a.m. The route will continue down Central Park West to Columbus Circle before turning onto Central Park South and 6<sup>th Avenue. Great views can be seen from 59th to 38th street. Marchers will be heading straight down onto 6<sup>th Avenue past 59<sup>th down to 34<sup>th Street until they reach the iconic Macy's Herald Square.

According to Macy's, spectators should avoid watching from 6th Avenue between 34th and 38th street and Macy's Herald Square as the national television broadcast limits viewing from there.

Dozens of floats will be featured, along with children's favorite Hello Kitty, Angry Birds, Santa's Sleigh, Sesame Street, and many more.

This year's theme will be 'Let's Have a Parade'.

Grandstand tickets are not available for sale for the general public.
