"Mount Your Friends 3D: A Hard Man is Good to Climb" is scheduled to release on Feb. 23.

In a Twitter post on Feb. 8, "Mount Your Friends" independent publisher and developer Daniel Steger of Stegersaurus Software Inc. announced the release date of the upcoming game. He said: "'Mount Your Friends 3D: A Hard Man Is Good to Climb' is coming to Steam Feb 23rd! Check out the new fashion options and webcam support! Wishlist, Follow, and share the news! I'd appreciate it and it helps a LOT!"

"Mount Your Friends" is a game in which the player takes on the role of a bodybuilder whose goal is to clamber up other bodybuilders on the back of a goat as high as possible. Its sequel will feature the same concept — in three-dimension (3D) this time. According to the Steam page for the upcoming 3D sequel, the game will contain both online and local multiplayer modes, 16 field setups, new stickers for players to unlock, customizable team faces and skins, camera support and face sharing in private games, skin styles and trails for players to unlock and online leaderboards. The photos in the Steam page also show that the new game will feature controls only for the bodybuilders' arms unlike in the previous game wherein both arms and legs have controls.

The Steam page also indicated the minimum system requirements for the upcoming game — Windows 7 (64 bit) for the operating system (OS); 2.4 GHz Processor; 2 GB random-access memory (RAM); Intel HD graphics 4000 or better; DirectX Version 11; broadband internet connection; and 800 MB available space. At the moment, there is no price listed for the game.
