NBA trade rumors 2015: Teams that could use Nick Young

The Los Angeles Lakers remain in their age of futility and to turn their fortunes around, it won't be surprising to find some players eventually being dealt with a revamp in the horizon.

Player trades could happen anywhere between now and next season and one player who could be interesting to pluck out of the ranks could be Nick Young, also known as Swaggy P.

Young has been rumored to be on the trading block since last season and after that show of frustration against the Detroit Pistons which saw him ejected for figuring in an altercation with Anthony Tolliver. It is obvious that Young is caught in the web of frustration that the Lakers have on their head these days.

To date, there are no teams keen on getting the offensive-minded Young, although there are teams that could put him to good use.

Among them include the Atlanta Hawks who could use Young as a starter or off the bench. The Hawks have been showing inconsistent scoring from Kent Bazemore, among others, so adding a player who loves to shoot and go on a roll could work to their advantage.

The Los Angeles Clippers could be another potential landing spot, a team that has been disappointing so far despite their deep roster. He could be an asset off the bench seeing that the backup crew haven't exactly panned out to expectations to provide support for the starting unit.

Another team in dire straits are the New Orleans Pelicans. With Anthony Davis all by his lonesome, adding the Laker hotshot could give Steve Clifford that much needed scoring sock, which has been missing since most of the big guns are either in or coming off sick bay.

While these teams seem to be interesting destinations, one has to wonder who or what they can give in return just in case a trade does come on the table.

It will be a win-win situation in any case, seeing the Lakers are geared toward investing in young or the high profile players moving forward.
