NVIDIA recently launched its latest set of drivers for its powerful video graphics cards. The latest version is called the GeForce 364.72 WHQL driver and is said to bring maximum support for VR headsets. The latest drivers were also optimized for several AAA titles that were designed and created to work particularly well with their current Maxwell-based graphics cards.
The Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive, the two current virtual reality headsets available in the market, will also benefit from the latest drivers since they are both Windows PC-based. The Rift has already been launched and is ready for 30 games. Several of the games that can be played using the Rift are "EVE: Valkyrie," "Elite Dangerous," "ADR1FT," "Project Cars," Chronos," "Edge of Nowhere" and "Lucy's Tale." The HTC Vive, meanwhile, is scheduled to be released anytime in April and is said to have 107 games available.
Additionally, the GeForce 364.72 WHQL drivers will offer optimized gaming experience when "Dark Souls III" launches on April 12. Gamers with a capable gaming setup who prefer to run the game on 4K resolution and up to 60 frames per second will be able to do so with no sweat at all. The game recommends the GeForce GTX 970 GPU.
"Killer Instinct," popularized on the Xbox One, has arrived on the PC via the Windows 10 Store. Gamers can now perform cross-platform gaming. "Paragon," a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), is being offered in an Early Access promo. Lastly, the much-talked-about "Quantum Break" that is set to be launched on April 5 is a mixture of gaming and watching an action TV series. Digital episodes are injected during gameplay and can interact with the actual game.
Generally, the latest driver will enhance and improve the performance of specific NVIDIA graphics cards to achieve maximum results for the current and upcoming products in the market.
