Mangaka Eiichiro Oda is currently taking a one-week hiatus. However, fans still continue to speculate about the upcoming chapter of the hit pirate manga, "One Piece."

Speculations suggest that with Luffy using a variation of his Gear Fourth skill and sending Charlotte Cracker far into the distance, the fight between the Straw Hat Pirates captain and Big Mom's tenth son is temporarily put on hold. However, Luffy has not won the round single-handedly as he needed the support of Nami in order to defeat Cracker's biscuit armor soldiers. Nami has used her weather-based skills to soften the soldiers, in order for Luffy to eat them.

Meanwhile, since the past chapter has put into a temporary close Luffy's fight, the upcoming chapter 843 is expected to shift into other events leading to Sanji's arranged marriage to Charlotte Pudding. It is teased that the new chapter may also dwell into Chopper and Carrot's escaping of Charlotte Brulee's Mirror World, and the duo may even have a significant role to play in Sanji's rescue.

Brulee's Mirror World connects every mirror in the Whole Cake Island vicinity. This means Chopper and Carrot are the most likely to reach Sanji quicker since Nami and Luffy are still having trouble in the Seducing Woods. The other duo of Luffy's group, Brooke and Pedro, are in search of the road poneglyphs that are in Big Mom's possession, intent on stealing them.

Meanwhile, it is also likely that with Pudding already known to Luffy's crew, the daughter of Big Mom may once again help the group, this time scheming with Chopper and Carrot in getting Sanji out of the island. Previously, Pudding had also helped in leading Luffy's group into Big Mom's territory stealthily. In addition, Pudding is also revealed to be the sister of Lola, a friend of Luffy's crew.

"One Piece" is expected to return late next week for chapter 843.
