Always in trouble and in mysterious predicaments, the girls of "Pretty Little Liars" just can't seem to catch a break.
In season 6 episode 3, "Songs of Experience", which aired last Tuesday, showcased the girls' moving on with their lives after escaping the dollhouse but at the same time, living under the threat of their former tormentor, "A", who is yet to be caught nor properly identified; the only clue being the name "Charles". As part of coming to terms with what happened, Hana confessed to her friends that "A" made her play a game of switches about hurting people. "The point was that we thought we hurt each other. That is what Charles really wanted us to know; that there was a point where we would do it. Any of us. All of us," said Spencer (Troian Bellisario) in response to Aria's (Lucy Hale) question of whether or not any of them were shocked.
"Songs of Experience" also probed into the possible identity of "Charles" and his possible connection with the DiLaurentis family. The last moments of the episode was shown from A's point of view as he was looking down from a window while Jason and Alison confronts their dad regarding denial of knowing "Charles". More of this probe should be expected of Episode 4, "Don't Look Now".
According to IMDB's episode synopsis for "Don't Look Now", Kenneth (Jim Abele), Alison's father, will finally come out clean regarding their family's connection to "Charles". The synopsis went on further and stated that while the revelation would not give much detail for the direct identification of "Charles", it will give the "Pretty Little Liars" a clue of where to look for the missing pieces. The synopsis identified the place as Radley Sanitarium, which is probably where Charles' records are kept.
Here is an episode teaser trailer for "Don't Look Now", which will air on Tuesday, June 23.
