As "Resident Evil 7's" release date draws near, Capcom has been releasing a lot of rather cryptic teasers for the title. The latest one among these features the game's third playable demo, which has the iconic "Resident Evil" as its title. A lot of excited players believe that the new demo will be released soon enough.
According to Game Rant, "Resident Evil 7" has done a good job of scaring gamers with the first two demos it has released thus far. However, it seems that there will be more on the way, as the teaser, which is the last among the "Resident Evil 7" game's series of short teasers, has been revealed.
Like the others, the teaser is brief and cryptic, as it revisits the tune played during the E3 2016 trailer for the game, "Go Tell Aunt Rhody."
This time, however, the trailer features the tune as a faint hum, as the protagonist Ethan approaches a woman sitting on a wheelchair. The woman was apparently humming the tune, but stops as soon as he approaches her, slowly turning her head to give a good look at the player before the trailer is cut and the December release date is revealed for the demo.
Right now, the demo is just called Tape 3 "Resident Evil," but unfortunately, Capcom has only revealed its month of release, not the entire date.
According to the Attack of the Fanboy, the reveal is still big news, as it is considered to be the final update for the demo versions of the "Resident Evil 7." It also appears to have expanded the things known to be in the final game, but despite this, there are still a lot of mysteries that need to be discovered. As such, fans have been hard at work trying to deduce the game's premise.
"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" will be released on January 24, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC.
