Yolanda Foster of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" continues to give her fans an update of her ongoing battle against Lyme disease through regular Instagram uploads, and recently, her husband David Foster spoke with E! News to talk about how his wife is doing as of the moment.

"She's doing fair, she's just trying to work through it," Foster told E! at the premiere of "Amy," the new documentary about Amy Winehouse. "You know, it's been a tough battle, but she's a fighter."

Earlier this year, the music producer revealed that sometimes, it's hard for him to deal with what his wife is going through, but he reminds himself to be supportive and to be there for her.

"It's not happening to me, it's happening to her. If the situation was reversed, I want to try to be, for her, the person I would want to be if I got sick," he said.

Last week, the reality TV star thanked her fans and supporters, saying that learning all about the chronic disease has been "the greatest challenge of my life."

"I appreciate all your kind comments and check most your medical suggestions that resonate with me," she wrote on Instagram on Thursday, June 25.

Aside from her husband, the reality star is also leaning on her children as she battles the disease. On Sunday, Yolanda shared a picture of her cuddling with her 18-year old daughter Bella Hadid. The mother and daughter duo are seen wearing white bath robes, with Bella in a face mask lying next to her on a bed. The shot was captioned, "Life isn't perfect but these moments are."

Back in January, the former model revealed in her Bravo blog that she has lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV because of Lyme disease. Since that time, Yolanda has chronicled her search for effective treatments and therapies around the world. As of the moment, there is no cure for Lyme disease.
