'Rookie Blue' season 6 spoilers: Unlikely pairings, shocking discoveries in episode 3 'Uprising'

An unlikely pairing will be introduced in the third episode of "Rookie Blue" season 6.

In a very unexpected circumstance, Andy McNally (Missy Peregrym) gets close to Juliette Ward (Erin Karpluk) when the two are forced to work together to solve the same case as a riot erupts in a female prison facility. This could be a very sticky situation, since Juliette is dating Andy's ex, Nick Collins (Peter Mooney).

Andy is still trying to understand how she really feels about the news that her boyfriend Sam Swarek (Ben Bass) got Marlo Cruz (Rachel Ancheril) pregnant when they were still together. But working with Juliette gives her an unexpected confidant, since Andy left Nick because of Sam.

But while the female officers share a deeply personal conversation, Andy is still wary about Juliette and tells her to stop dating Nick after she discovers Juliette's biggest lie.

Enstarz said that Andy confronts Juliette for a lie that she discovers, and bravely tells her to stop dating Nick because of that. Will Juliette come clean and admit to Nick that she is hiding something, or will she simply ignore Andy's warning?

In another surprising pairing, Dov Epstein (Gregory Smith) and Traci Nash (Enuka Okuma) are assigned together to gather information about one of their suspects for a case that Division 15 has been working on.

Meanwhile, early spoilers revealed that Gail Peck (Charlotte Sullivan) will get parenting advice from someone unexpected, as she shows her intent to adopt Sophie.

The U.S. audience is still waiting to see the premiere episode of "Rookie Blue" season 6; their Canadian counterpart has already seen the first three episodes of the new season since the show was aired a month ahead in its original country.

"Rookie Blue" season 6 will debut in the U.S. on Thursday, June 25, on ABC.
