Sadie Robertson relies on God, family support to help ease heartbreak over Blake Edward split

This photo of Sadie Robertson and Blake Coward taken on March 6, 2016 had Sadie gushing about 'the most handsome man EVER.' They separated a month later.

Break-ups are painful and difficult, and this is why 18-year-old Sadie Robertson from "Duck Dynasty" is relying on her faith in God and strong familial support to help her get over from her recent split with long-time boyfriend Blake Coward.

Her mother Korie told ET Online that the "Live Original" teen is actually keeping herself busy with acting and modelling gigs so that she won't waste any time dwelling on her heartbreak.

"She's [going to] focus on this movie [God's Not Dead 2], and on what we're doing with 'Duck Dynasty,' and all the amazing opportunities she's got going on right now," said Korie.

It seems like Sadie is trying to build an acting career, and her debut with "God's Not Dead 2" served as the platform to do just that.

"It was so cool," Sadie gushed about the film. "I've been kind of easing my way into movies and this was the perfect way to do it, with something that means something to me."

Sadie is very proud of her Christian faith, and she has credited it for helping her overcome some of the biggest challenges in her life, such as her stint in "Dancing With the Stars."

"Without that faith during that show, I definitely couldn't have made it through," she admitted. "It was just a crazy experience and God just really took me the whole way."

Sadie has often shared inspirational and Biblical messages on her social media accounts, and she is not stopping now. Just recently, the reality star posted a photo of a cross on her Instagram account (@legitsadierob) and wrote, "Jesus calls US to be a light in the darkness. To shine BRIGHT in a world that seems so dark. Don't just sit around, complain or live in fear of the world around you. Go out and shine. Remember, it's not your light you are trying to shine, it's the light of JESUS inside of you."
