Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is still fresh in its release having been out in August of this year. However, there are already rumors of the release of the new member of the lineup, the Galaxy Note 6.

Galaxy Note 6 is expected to be the Korean tech's next powerful gadget with impressive specs. Tech Times reported that the phablet will have a 16-core processor that delivers the same level of performance that of a laptop. However, there was no mention on the name of processor that it will carry.

The Note 6 is also said to have a screen size of either 6 or 6.2 inches and will also be foldable. The rumored resolution for Note 6 is 4K.

The rumors on the Note 6's camera specs can be varied; some earlier reported that the phablet will have a 30-megapixel shooter that went lowered down all the way to 7 megapixels, which is a more feasible number. As for the storage capacity, the Note 6 could feature several options including 16, 32, 64, 128, and 256 GB variants.

The phablet will also include several features like wireless, fast charging of 10 percent per minute, the report added. Note 6 is speculated to not only have a fingerprint scanner but also an iris scanner.

It will carry several different sensors including a compass, blood pressure and heart rate sensor, barometer, and thermometer.

Meanwhile, Vine Report also relayed that the Note 6 could also come out as a cross between laptop and phablet. The speculation comes from Samsung's plan for the hybrid based on their patent application, as reported in Patently Mobile.

All these specs and features of the Note 6 are based on rumors and speculations, and Samsung itself has not announced anything about the gadget.

As for the release date, the phablet could be introduced sometime in late 2016, so it's expected that there will be more updates on the gadget or even more rumors about what it may offer.
