Samsung has yet to announce the Galaxy A7 but its alleged specs and features have already leaked online, which gives clues on the possible specifications of the upcoming Galaxy S6 smartphone.

The leaks emerged from China's Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center. The Galaxy A7 that has a model number SM-A7009 is reportedly meant for the Chinese market and will hit stores this month.

Samsung Galaxy S6 is speculated to follow the lead of the Galaxy A7 in being the thinnest smartphone in the market with only 6.3-mm thickness. Moreover, the handset will have a metal body unlike the Galaxy Note 4 that has metal-rimmed casing.

Another rumored feature of the Galaxy A7 is a 5.5-inch Full HD screen display. However, Samsung Galaxy S6 will not go past the 5-inch screen size of the panel, but it will have with nothing less than quad HD screen resolution. The Galaxy A7 is also reported to be equipped with 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, while the S6 will be powered by at least Qualcomm Snapdragon 805. Some reports say that the handset will pack Snapdragon 810 with 64-bit architecture coming next year. The Galaxy A7 processor is purported to be paired with 2 GB of RAM, which hints that the Galaxy S6 will include 3 GB of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 is also reported to come with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and will run with Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The low-end phablet will be available with 16 GB storage. This is below than the speculated specs and features of the Galaxy S6, which include a 20-megapixel back camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and up to 128 GB storage system.

Reports state that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will most likely be released in early 2015 at the forthcoming Mobile World Congress scheduled on March 2 to 5, 2015. However, Samsung is tight-lipped and has not disclosed any official detail yet.
