Fans everywhere are on the edge of their feet for the upcoming prequel movie, "Solo: A Star Wars Story" -- a standalone film that centers on the unlikely hero, Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich) and his marvelous escapades, travelling between galaxies far, far away.

And it seems like LucasFilm is only going to get its loyal franchise followers more pumped up by dropping a new trailer for the highly anticipated film.

The new international preview accompanied by some promotional media has hit the interwebs, and fans can't help but make quite a ruckus because, obviously, it did not disappoint.

In the new trailer directed toward international audiences, it is clear that only few new footages and insights have been added to tease fans of the prequel.

However, the most significant aspect of the new trailer is that it ties up all of the previous trailers into one coherent sneak peek, which lets fans get a much comprehensive look of what is going to come their way.

This new teaser for the film revolves around the young Han Solo rather than just go all over the place like its first trailer drop during this year's Super Bowl LII.

Director Rian Johnson, who helmed the "The Last Jedi," also had nothing but praises for the upcoming film, telling ComicBook.com during the AARP Movies for Grownups Awards that he had seen the movie and that he can't wait for it to come out for people to see.

"I knew it was coming, but I was still..." said Johnson. "I was clicking, clicking, clicking, 'yeah, yeah!' And I think it looks so beautiful. I can't wait for people to see more of the film -- it's so fun, it's so funny. The cast is so charismatic, and I think they all just did a great job with it," he explained.

Plot-wise, LucasFilm is still keeping a tight lid on specific details. However, from what was confirmed in previous announcements, the movie will tell the story of how Solo met his trusted co-pilot Chewbacca and how they crossed paths with notorious gambler Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover).

Along with Glover and Ehrenreich, the film will also star Emilia Clarke (Qi'ra), Woody Harrelson (Beckett), Thandie Newton (Val), and Phoebe Waller-Bridge (L3-37).

"Solo: A Star Wars Story" is slated for a release this summer on May 25.
