The wait for the latest episode from the fourth season of "Steven Universe" will soon be over after new reports claimed that the animated series will return earlier than expected.

Cartoon Network announced during the 2016 New York Comic-Con that the next installment from "Steven Universe" season 4 will be released sometime in November. But the network did not mention any specific date for the show's return.

Early speculations claimed that the animated series will be aired on Nov. 24, Thanksgiving Day. However, new rumors speculate that the show will come out as soon as Nov. 7.

But series creator Rebecca Sugar remains tightlipped about the possible return date for "Steven Universe" season 4. Although, the network released a sneak peek for the upcoming episode titled "Gem Harvest" on the show's official Facebook page.

Based on the sneak peek, Peridot and Lapiz Lazuli will bring Steven to the Farmland to show him how the vegetables grow. But Peridot will also introduce Steven to her latest creation, the Pumpkin Dog.

The trailer revealed that Pumpkin Dog will be immediately attached to Steven, which will disappoint Peridot and Lapiz Lazuli because it does not want to obey them. Steven will try to comfort the gems by teaching them to carve a face on the remaining pumpkins on the farm.

Upon seeing how Steven poked holes all over a pumpkin, the Pumpkin Dog will suddenly become detached to him and would choose to be with the gems instead. This means that the gems will now have a new pet.

At the moment, there are no details yet that could confirm if the upcoming episode will indeed come out in the early weeks of November or during Thanksgiving Day. But the episode is expected to be released anytime this month.

The 22-minute special episode of "Steven Universe" season 4 will serve as the 111th and 112th episode of the series.
