Stephen King and Steven Spielberg fans will have another reason to visit the "upside down," as Netflix reveals the episode titles for the first six episode of "Stranger Things" season 2.

Netflix has uploaded a short teaser clip on Twitter showing the titles of the first six episodes in a style reminiscent of Stephen King's horror novels and in homage to '80s arcade video games. Episodes 1 through 6 will likely be titled, "Madmax," "Trick or Treat Freak," "The Pollywog," "Will the Wise," "Dig Dug," and "The Spy." No reports on the titles of the remaining episodes having new names have surfaced yet.

However, the Duffer Brothers, writers of "Stranger Things," have warned fans that the titles may still change. This was in line with how they replaced most of the season 2 episode titles, which were initially revealed last year, with only "Madmax" and "The Pollywog" remaining unchanged.

Last year's episode lineup was significantly different: "Madmax," "The Boy Who Came Back To Life," "The Pumpkin Patch," "The Palace," "The Storm," "The Pollywog," "The Secret Cabin," "The Brain," and "The Lost Brother." AV Club suggested that this was the writers' way of trying to outsmart the guessing fans who might have thought that they have the plot figured out. The Pollywog, in particular, has been guessed by some fans as the dub for a new monster, similar to the first season's Demogorgon.

Digital Spy, on the other hand, posited that this new monster, regardless of its name, is going to be a lot more horrific and terrifying than the Demogorgon. It seems to be a vast "shadow monster" which Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) periodically sees in the sky or on the horizon and appears to take inspiration from Lovecraft's monstrosities.

"It's all connected to this singular threat, which is tied into this shape that Will sees in the sky. Each episode is building on the last one. It gets much crazier than it ever got in season one," according to the writers of the show. Matt Duffer also wants fans to actively compare the two seasons and debate on which one is better, similar to how he and his brother argue about the show.

"Stranger Things" season 2 will arrive on Netflix on Oct. 27.
