A new character will be introduced in "Stranger Things" season 2, and the description for this character has already been revealed. Meanwhile, will viewers get to see Barb (Shannon Purser) and Dr. Brennan (Matthew Modine) again?

TV Line previously reported that "Stranger Things" will be having three new characters in season 2. These characters are siblings Max (Sadie Sink), and Billy (Dacre Montgomery), and Roman, who has not been cast yet.

Max is said to be a young female teenager who acts a like a tomboy in "Stranger Things." Now, the description of her brother Billy has been recently revealed.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Billy is a hyper-confident girlfriend-stealer who likes drinking games and owns a black Camaro.

On the surface, Billy appears to be a very smooth and charismatic kind of guy, but he will soon reveal that he has a dark and unpredictable nature in "Stranger Things" season 2.

In season 1, there were two casualties in horrible events that took place in the town of Hawkins, leaving some questions about their appearance in season 2. These characters are Barb, who appeared to be eaten by the "demogorgon" while waiting in the pool at Steve's (Joe Keery) house, and Dr. Brenner, who seemed to disappear when the "demogorgon" invaded Hawkins Middle School.

In an interview with IGN, "Stranger Things" creators Duffer Brothers – Matt and Ross – quoted James Cameron, who said no one ever really dies in sci-fi. But in regards to Barb coming back in season 2, Matt said, "I can't see it happening. But Barb will not be forgotten. We'll make sure there's some justice for Barb."

However, the Duffer brothers have a different answer for Dr. Brenner.

"I would say that if we were going to kill Brenner... as an audience member watching the show, if that was his death, that would be very unsatisfying to me – when the monster jumps on him and we cut away. He would deserve much more than that as an ending. So yes, there's a possibility of seeing him again," said Matt.

"Stranger Things" season 2 returns in 2017 on Netflix.
