Mike Ross' (Patrick J. Adams) big Harvard secret hasn't been talked about much during the current season of "Suits," which premiered last month. But all that is set to change as a familiar face — a person from Mike's past — will be returning to the series in August.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Adams' real-life fiancée, Troian Bellisario ("Pretty Little Liars"), will reprise her role as Claire in the series. Her character will reportedly make an appearance on the show's Aug. 12 episode titled "Mea Culpa."

Viewers got to meet Claire during Mike's flashbacks in season 4, in the episode "Fork in the Road." In that episode, Claire was a law student who broke up with Mike after she learned that he was a bike messenger and not a Harvard student.

In "Mea Culpa," Claire will appear in the present day, and THR reports that in the episode, she serves as opposing council to Pearson Specter Litt — and Mike happens to be on the case as well. Due to the pair's history, it could only be a matter of time before Mike's secret is in danger of being exposed again.

Aside from possibly causing some trouble in Mike's professional life, Claire's reappearance could also affect his engagement to Rachel (Meghan Markle). In past episodes, Rachel was starting to think about the repercussions of what could happen to her and her future children if ever Mike's secret is revealed.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Aaron Korsh said that Rachel and the rest of the firm are in denial about Mike's secret.

"It can be a difficult thing because you say to yourself that no human being in the world would do these things — pretend to be a fake lawyer or endorse someone pretending to be a fake lawyer," said Korsh.

But the showrunner added that real people do things like this, mentioning a real-life incident wherein it was discovered that a lawyer who made partner never went to law school. Korsch said that Rachel has chosen to "selectively forget" Mike's secret, "but life is going to have ways of making her remember it."

"Suits" airs  Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on USA Network.
