Louis (Rick Hoffman) and Jessica (Gina Torres) are at their wits' end trying to save the firm in the upcoming episode of USA Network's legal drama series "Suits."

In "Faith," Cartermatt reports that the two will make a last-ditch effort to spare Pearson Specter Litt from a hostile takeover. They will reportedly rally the support of the partners to fend off determined Jack (John Pyper-Ferguson) and Daniel (David Costabile). The partners are still hard on their heels, determined to bring down the firm and everyone connected to it.

Meanwhile, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) will find it doubly difficult to focus on keeping the enemies at bay, now that another player comes to play. Charles (Eric Roberts) is coming after him and this complicates matters not only for Harvey, but for the firm. Based on the synopsis, the lawyer will have to face "the demons of his past" in order to move on. What will Charles bring to induce Harvey to take a trip down memory lane?

As for Mike (Patrick J. Adams), who is obviously rattled with what is happening with his personal and business life, things will also be difficult. While the episode synopsis does not provide any details about his wedding, he will most likely be considering one of his biggest decisions to date. Will he marry Rachel (Meghan Markle), knowing that his past misdeeds are in danger of being exposed? And what about the firm, which needs his hundred percent attention during these trying times?

In the promo released by USA Network, the firm and everyone connected to it are in total chaos. Yibada reports that most of the bedlam in the clip, however, centers on Harvey. The lawyer is obviously trying to figure out whether his resignation will help Pearson Specter Litt. In one instance, Harvey can be seen voicing out his thoughts on whether he should quit his job or not.

Elsewhere, Jessica is telling Louis something that surprises him. Jack is apparently calling for a vote about his removal as the firm's managing partner. Livid with anger, he will be confronting Jack's cohort Daniel, and threatens him what he will likely be dead in 15 seconds.

As for Mike, he is seen going to church. When someone asked him why he is there, he admits he is afraid.

"Suits" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on USA Network.
