'Teen Mom 2' rumors: Who's leaving? Who's staying?

"Teen Mom 2" season 7 is currently filming its episodes but the series has been bombarded with several rumors, mostly focusing on some characters leaving the show.

One such rumor is that Leah Messer's ex, Corey Simms, and his new wife, Miranda, won't be returning to the show. According to a report from International Business Times India, Corey, who recently won custody over his kids with Messer, Ali and Aleeah, reportedly quit the show due to unresolved issues with his ex.

However, The Ashley Reality Roundup cleared this rumor, as well as others, stating that the rumor is false. A source for the news outlet confirms that Corey and Miranda will be part of the new season.

It was revealed, though, that rumors about Corey not liking shooting episodes for the series are true.

Another rumor that's been going around is Jenelle Evans' departure from the show. Evans' decision to quit the show was all over the Internet earlier this month.

The reality star took to Twitter to slam her ex-fiancé, Nathan Griffith, and criticized the show for losing its focus on filming about teen parents.

According to The Ashley, they contacted Evans' manager Johnny Donovan to confirm if the 23-year-old "Teen Mom" star has left the show, but he didn't comment on it. A source for the news outlet confirmed that Evans has been filming "for a while now," and that she could leave anytime she wants. However, it would be hard for Evans to quit because if she does, she won't get her full salary.

Meanwhile, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin are expected to make appearances on the show, as season 7 is believed to feature the former's ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera and his new girl, Vee Torres, Inquisitr gathered. Torres recently gave birth to Rivera's baby.

Chelsea Houska is also on board, who is now engaged to Cole DeBoer. Deboer proposed to Houska in November, but it remains to be seen if their romance or the proposal was shot on film.
