Many gaming fans have been waiting for "Tekken 7" to arrive on their console for quite some time. The upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo, E3 2016, is one event that could possibly feature their most awaited game. PlayStation 4 fans are still looking forward to the extra content they were promised earlier.
It has already been confirmed that a PlayStation 4 and an Xbox One version will be available soon for the fighting game, although no release date has been mentioned since it was reported by Destructoid in 2015.
During the Paris Games Week conference last October, Katsuhiro Harada, the game producer, confirmed the original plan for the console release. He said "When the game makes the leap from arcades to console, it will be the most complete and enhanced version up to date."
Harada also mentioned, "We also have special content in the works that's sure to please PlayStation fans."
Even if there is no confirmation from the developer, Bandai Namco, fans are looking forward to the E3 event for more details about the game.
Yibada reported that the development team behind "Tekken 7" is open to the idea of adding more characters to the game. Harada said that characters can be created based on the demands of the game fans.
The report also mentioned that the "Street Fighter" and "Tekken" merger project has not even started yet. Both development teams are busy with their respective projects and do not have much time to discuss the future project.
In a previous report, Bandai Namco is said to be bringing the "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" arcade game to the U.K. European fans can experience the Japanese exclusive arcade title at the upcoming MCM London comic-con set to happen from May 27 until 29 at London's Royal Victoria Dock.
The Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016 will happen on June 13 to 17 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
