Liz (Megan Boone) and Red (James Spader) have some serious business to talk about in the upcoming episode of the hit NBC series "The Blacklist."

Before the show ended last week, viewers saw Red receiving a painting that Liz's mother, Katarina Rostova, supposedly sent. In it, an unknown woman is standing by a gravestone with the name "Reddington" clearly visible. It appears that the mysterious Russian is out to get him for keeping vital information from her daughter. In the past, Red told Liz that the mother she knew as Elizabeth Keen could not forgive her for shooting her husband years ago. She was last seen walking into the ocean. As to whether she is still alive or not, no one knows.

In "The Caretaker," the promo shows Liz finally getting her hands on some information about Rostova. The break will come when she and Red are tracking down a blacklister named The Caretaker. The old man is described as someone who knows about the world's greatest secrets. The clip shows him keeping all the evidences in crypts in a cemetery. The Caretaker also knows something about Red and he wants Liz to learn about it.

The teaser shows Liz getting upset with Red. She is telling him that "some things cannot be forgiven" and then walking away without hearing his explanation. It looks like she finally learned that her surrogate father has been keeping a lot of secrets from her, especially about Rostova. Is the Russian agent still alive? How will Red explain the truth to Liz?

Meanwhile, the synopsis reveals that Tom (Ryan Eggold) will make "a risky decision" after reconciling with Liz. He has recovered from the wounds he sustained from a busted operation with ex-girlfriend Gina (Margarita Levieva). The pair planned the jewelry heist together, but she ended up double crossing him and escaping with all the dough. Perhaps Tom wants his share and he will hunt down Gina until she gives back what is his.

"The Blacklist" season 3 airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST on NBC.
