The chase continues in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist" season 4.

Titled "Philomena," next week's episode will see the Task Force search for a bounty hunter. According to the official synopsis, members of the Task Force set their eyes on an artful bounty hunter who was hired to victimize Red's (James Spader) closest associates. Elsewhere, Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) takes on a new assignment with a former colleague (Enrique Murciano). The new mission eventually forces the former to face a moral dilemma.

NBC released a new sneak peek for the episode and it opens with Liz (Megan Boone) informing Red about the damage Mr. Kaplan (Susan Blommaert) has done. "Kaplan has told the authorities about the bodies," Liz said. The clip hints that Mr. Kaplan's plot for revenge has began, but Red will not be her sole target. At the end of the teaser, Liz is seen entering an office and welcomed by the sight of her child being carried by Mr. Kaplan. "So big," the season's main villain said while admiring Liz's baby. "What are you feeding her?" Mr. Kaplan's reason for visiting Liz, and whether she plans on hurting her remains to be seen.

Thursday's episode saw Red realize that he is up against his most formidable enemy yet, Mr. Kaplan. He also learned that the danger he is facing is not so much physical, since Mr. Kaplan can easily destroy him just by revealing Red's secret misdeeds over the years.

Series creator Jon Bokenkamp recently caught up with TV Guide and he teased that Mr. Kaplan is out for blood. Aside from exacting revenge on her former ally, Mr. Kaplan is determined to take Liz away from Red and completely erase him from their lives.

"I think the stakes are sort of upped now, because she's just digging in her heels, and she is not going to back away," Bokenkamp explained. "She's not probably the person you would think would be a formidable bad guy, but she's pretty badass. She's a pretty badass villain."

The fourth season of "The Blacklist" airs every Thursday night at 10 p.m. EDT on NBC.
