'The Young and the Restless' spoilers: Paul Williams gets transplant from Dylan McAvoy

Last week, "The Young and the Restless" had secrets and revelations left and right. This week, more of those secrets will unfold. Here are the spoilers for "Y&R" June 23 to 27.

Paul and Dylan

On the June 23 episode, Paul's last rites are given while Christine continually prays for a miracle. Paul's health is still unstable and will need to undergo the liver transplant surgery as soon as possible.

Dylan overheard Paul and Nikki's conversation and the revelation shocked him. Dylan now knows that Paul is his father and is more keen on being a donor to the transplant surgery. Michael supports Dylan decision even if Barton is hesitant due to the health risks to Dylan. Martin believes it is Dylan's decision to make anyway.

Dylan tells Nikki that he "won't let his father die," and Christina overheard this. Christina was devastated, but still talks to Barton to allow Dylan to be the donor. In the end, father and son are brought to the operation room.

Ian, Mariah and Victor

Mariah is asking Ian why he is still in town. Victor was listening to their conversation. Ian convinces Mariah to "stick to the plan" and Mariah agrees. When Ian left, Victor talked to Mariah and made a counter offer. Victor also tells Mariah that he heard them talking.

Nick and Mariah

Nick offered Mariah her job back but it came with conditions. First, she must fix things with Noah and next, leave town after paying Sharon back.

Billy and Victoria

The truth is told. Billy tells Victoria the truth behind Stitch, but Victoria's reaction was unexpected. She got very mad and demanded a divorce.

Hilary, Devon and Neil

Devon confessed his love for Hilary. Hilary tried to snub him, but Devon pulled her and they shared a passionate kiss. Neil arrives unexpectedly and senses that there's something wrong. Neil asked Hilary if the marriage will push through or not.

The wedding ended up pushing through. Devon talked to Neil about the marriage, while Lily is still hoping for a miracle. Lily's wish comes true as an unexpected guest came at the party and might destroy the wedding.

It will be a very exciting week for "The Young and the Restless." Catch it on CBS 12:30 p.m. on weekdays.
