Creative Assembly has provided more details about "Realm of the Wood Elves," the next downloadable content (DLC) coming to "Total War: Warhammer."

On its "Total War" website, the studio detailed the Elven Council where Wood Elves are expected to elect Wood Elf Lords of their choice in certain positions.

As revealed before, the "Total War: Warhammer" DLC will add Durthu and Orion. Choosing either one as Legendary Lords will entail how this group will look like.

Orion is always hailed as The King in The Wood, and when chosen as the Legendary Lord, players will have to fill in the spots available in the Elven Council.

For the "Total War: Warhammer" players who choose Durthu in the "Realm of the Wood Elves" DLC, they will have to put together the Gathering of The Ancients, the "forest-spirit equivalent" of the Elven Council, described as "a series of ministerial positions which bring different bonuses and benefits to the Elven Council.

Creative Assembly emphasizes the importance of making choices in the "Realm of the Wood Elves" DLC for "Total War: Warhammer."

The power of choice will be employed early on in the campaign as players (those who opted for Orion) will choose which lords will be the Protector of The Oak, Elder Speaker, and The King in The Wood.

It would appear that the last position is only to be occupied by Orion. It offers buff in any sacked settlements.

The seat of the Protector of The Oak can be occupied by a Lord at level 10 and beyond. He will be endowed "major leadership improvements" to Forest Spirit units.

His abilities include reducing the chances of the enemy Heroes' success and making Treemen "a lot cheaper to recruit into his army."

Lords level 15 and above are eligible to be the Elder Speaker in the "Total War: Warhammer" DLC. When in this position, the Lord will get a drastic increase in aura size and unit experience gains in his army. He will be tasked to provide "a powerful factionwide trade-income boost."

Apart from these three primary offices in the "Realm of the Wood Elves" DLC, players can also unlock four more by constructing the buildings associated with the position.

The positions and the corresponding buildings are Warden of The Wildwood (Wildwood Waystones), Herald of The Hunt (The Wild Heath), The Trickster's Masque (The Wardancer Feast Halls), and the Starlight Craftsman (Starlight Forge).

"All of these ministerial offices carry a suite of bonuses in areas suggested by their names," Creative Assembly stated. These benefits are detailed in "Total War's" wiki page.

The "Realm of the Wood Elves" DLC for "Total War: Warhammer" will be released on Thursday, Dec. 8.

More recently, I’ve enjoyed Christian movies Unsung Hero and Jesus Revolution on limited release in the UK, but it’s rare for such films to make the multiplex chains.
