TOWIE news, catch up, gossip: Billie Faiers gives birth to daughter; name and weight not revealed yet

Billie Faiers and Sam Shepherd looked happy ahead of their daughter's birth

Billie Faiers and fiancé Sam Shepherd have welcomed a baby girl into the world.

She left the hospital today after giving birth several days past her due date. Her spokesman said in a statement on Twitter: "@AMConceptsUK would like to announce our client @BillieFaiers has given birth to baby girl. Mother & Baby are doing well."

And despite all the excitement, Billie didn't forget her fans who have been eagerly waiting for the birth.

She tweeted: "We are so excited to announce the birth of our beautiful baby girl...We are so happy and the proudest mummy and daddy in the world."

But fans will still be on tenterhooks as the name of the baby has not yet been revealed. The couple also didn't mention anything about their daughter's birth weight.

Her sister Sam is equally delighted though, tweeting: "Am the proudest auntie in the whole world my baby niece is perfect. Congratulations @BillieFaiers & @Gregshepherd"

Billie's mum Suzanna was pictured outside her house beaming and good friend Ferne McCann also popped round to meet the newborn.

Billie had previously posted pictures of her out on a walk with Greg in a bid to coax their overdue baby into the world.

She looked radiant in comfortable athletic attire and appeared to take her baby's late arrival with good humour. She said on her page: "Out for a nice long walk... Get this baby moving .. #overdue"
