"Fast and Furious" star Tyrese Gibson believes there is no good reason for people to quit, commit suicide, or surrender because God will always be available to give them faith.

On his Instagram account (@tyrese), the actor posted a photo which reads, "It's crazy how much one person can affect you." He then writes a lengthy explanation why he decided to share that post.

"God receives prayers in over 10,000 languages daily from around the world! He knows your heart," says Gibson. He hopes God blesses people with their hearts' desires, blesses their families, businesses, visions, projects and ideas. But at the same time, Gibson hopes his fans can sneak in a small prayer for him as well.

"It's true that it's lonely at the top. Trust me, I know — because you're alone doesn't mean you're 'lonely,'" he says, as Gibson hints abount some relationship woes. "Don't be like most [people] and allow your horny or lonely [selves] or the spirit of 'familiarity' make you run back into something or to someone, or remain IN business with someone that you should of never been in with in the first place."

Gibson says he rebukes "the spirit or quitting, surrendering, suicide or dropping out of school." Even though the actor sometimes struggles with finding the right balance in his life, he understands that having faith in God's favour and being aware of His powers and miracles is enough for him to succeed in life.

"How can you have faith in HIM then find yourself trying to do HIS job?? Sometimes you just have to sit still pray and allow God to open new doors and send you in new directions. That's when you will be blessed," he says. "Learn to embrace and enjoy yourself by yourself. Praying for you — if you can read this I'm talking to you... I'm praying for you."
