"The Vampire Diaries" season 5 episode 4 will be airing on CW at 8 p.m. ET. tonight.

The official synopsis of "Vampire Diaries" season 5 episode 4 titled" For Whom the Bell Tolls" is as follows:

"REMEMBRANCE DAY — While Mystic Falls observes its traditional Remembrance Day to honor the dead, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) try to help Stefan (Paul Wesley) through a confusing time, a task that ends up taking Elena on an emotional journey of her own. A worried Matt (Zach Roerig) tries to figure out the reason behind his mysterious blackouts, and Caroline (Candice Accola) makes an effort to get to know Jesse (guest star Kendrick Sampson) better. Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) makes a startling confession that hits Damon hard. Finally, Dr. Maxfield (guest star Rick Cosnett) puts a plan in motion that will change everything. Kat Graham also stars. Michael Allowitz directed the episode written by Brett Matthews & Elisabeth R. Finch (#504)."

In promo clips released by CW, Damon, who is still jealous of Elena's past romantic relationship with Stefan, is having drinks with him but did not remind Stefan who Elena was. Stefan lost his memory and can't remember Elena. He asks for her name, "Remind me of your name again?"

"You never told him about me?" Elena asks Damon.

A love triangle is forming with Elena and Stefan getting close.

The sneak peak video shows Elena and Stefan walking by the lake. Stefan tells Elena, "You're pretty. Smart. How do I not remember you?"

Tonight's episode will show how the three characters' relationship develops.
