Cast members of the Bravo reality television show "Vanderpump Rules" Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have been surrounded by rumors that they may actually be married already. This is highly inconsistent with what has been shown in the reality television series, since they have been shown to be struggling with infidelity issues recently. However, this does not stop the fans from thinking that the two have secretly tied the knot.

In an Instagram story from Cartwright's official social media page, the reality television star posted a short clip wherein Taylor can be seen wearing a very noticeable band on his left ring finger. As it turns out, the ring was already spotted by many of "Vanderpump Rules" fans. This is what led them to believe that it may actually be possible that Cartwright and Taylor are already married, or at the very least, engaged.

In one of the Instagram stories, Cartwright can be heard saying "my...." and pausing after. This has caused some of her followers to believe that she bit her tongue at the last minute, before saying anything informative. The two have been working hard toward rebuilding their relationship, after Taylor admitted to Cartwright that he cheated on her back in December.

However, most people who follow the show are inclined to be in disbelief as far as the engagement rumors are concerned. The fact that Cartwright heard a damning tape of Taylor cheating with one of her closest friends, and speaking ill of Cartwright, make it hard to believe that the two would be suddenly engaged shortly after.

In fact, in the previous episode of "Vanderpump Rules," Taylor revealed to co-cast member Faith Stowers that he and Cartwright have not been intimate in the past few months, and is not excited about the prospect of getting married or having children. Alhough it is quite possible that Taylor did not mean what he said, it still makes the rumors seem somewhat less credible.

"Vanderpump Rules" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
