Before its official release on Dec. 1, the role-playing game "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" is teasing gamers with new rare blades. The most recent blade revealed by the game is Pomegranate, which was announced on Nov. 3 with an electrifying aura and arm claws.

Monolith Soft is showcasing its creativity with a unique variety of characters and weapons. Before the reveal of Pomegranate, the developer introduced one of the most talked about rare blade — Yuuou. The character designer Soraya Saga was commended for the brilliant costume and weapon he created for Yuuou. According to NintendoEverything, Yuuou will be voiced by Tomoaki Maeno.

The game revealed a lot of rare blades in October including Kubira, Uka, Lico, Tokiha, Shiki, and Newz. Fans of the game are hoping for more rare blades in November. Other than rare blades, the sequel to "Xenoblade Chronicles" also unveiled new characters like President Baan of Avariatia Shokai, new driver Metsu, and Era member Homura.

Fans of the Xenoblade franchise are excited to once again explore the vast world of Alrest and engage into the Arts battle system. The gameplay will rely on the Drivers or the main protagonist of the video game. Drivers can summon blades in order to take care of the battle for them. One objective for individual players it to search or awaken Blades. The rarer the Blade, the stronger it is.

For the sake of online marketing for the game, the developers are revealing new rare blades regularly via Twitter to attract new gamers. The game was exclusively designed by Monolith Soft for Nintendo Switch. The original game "Xenoblade Chronicles" is recognized as one of the most decorated and extensive role-playing game developed in Japan. The game received an impressive 92% score rating from Metacritic.

The game will be released in several countries like Japan, Canada, China, Australia, United States, and more on its official release date in December.
