The Chicago Bulls ended a three-game preseason losing streak last Tuesday and will look to end their campaign with a victory when they face the winless Dallas Mavericks at the Pinnacle Bank Arena today, Friday.

Chicago defeated the Indiana Pacers 103–94 in its last preseason game and the team was led by veteran point guard Aaron Brooks who had 22 points, five rebounds, and six assists off the bench.

Bulls forward Nikola Mirotić continues to impress as he added 15 points and seven rebounds in the victory.

Another notable contributor off the bench for the Bulls was guard E'Twaun Moore who had 13 points, seven rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

Good news for the Bulls since former Most Valuable Player (MVP) point guard Derrick Rose might see action against the Mavs as the swelling around his eye following a surgery for an orbital fracture is subsiding.

Rose is having a great recovery following the medical procedure but still, he is uncertain for their season opener on Oct. 27 facing the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Meanwhile, the Mavericks are still searching for their first preseason win when they play the Bulls this Friday.

The Mavs lost in all six preseason games played so far, with the Phoenix Suns being the latest team to score a win over them.

Dallas guard John Jenkins led the way in their 99–87 defeat to the Suns, scoring 22 points, four rebounds, and two assists.

Veteran playmaker Raymond Felton had 17 points, one rebound, three assists, one steal, and one block in a losing cause.

The Mavericks played with an incomplete lineup that also did not feature the team's stars and offseason acquisitions.

Dallas will be opening its season with a three-game road trip that will begin on Oct. 28 facing the Suns.

The preseason matchup between the Bulls and Mavs will take place today, Oct. 23, at 8 p.m. EST. To watch via live stream, click here.
