Wide receiver Terrelle Pryor will remain with the Cleveland Browns after surviving the team's second roster cut Saturday despite missing most of the preseason because of an injury.

Pryor was released by the Cincinnati Bengals last June 18 and after that, he made the announcement that he would switch to wide receiver from quarterback.

The Browns claimed him off waivers last June 22 and the team said he would be competing for a wide receiver spot.

Pryor only played in the Browns' last preseason game, which was against the Chicago Bears, because a hamstring injury prevented him from participating in the first three.

The 26-year-old athlete did not have any receptions but lined up as a wide receiver, quarterback, and punt protector during the game against the Bears, according to NFL.com.

Browns head coach Mike Pettine praised Pryor's skills following their last preseason game, saying, according to Northeast Ohio Media Group's Mary Kay Cabot, "Anytime you can have a guy that can run, that can throw, that can protect, I just think it changes the mindset defensively a little bit."

Despite making it to the 53-man roster, Pettine is still not sure if Pryor will be getting a spot on the team, especially after missing action for almost the entire preseason.

"I don't know if it's ever enough, especially when he missed that much time, but we'll see. I think we have a pretty good sense of who he is and where he is right now in his transformation for lack of a better word," Pettine said.

Last month, Pryor said he felt like a receiver but believed that transitioning to the position is a process.

Because of the Browns' decision to keep Pryor, NFL.com reported that rookie receivers Josh Lenz and Vince Mayle were waived.

The Browns struggled in their preseason winning only once in four games and will open the 2015 season on the road at the MetLife Stadium against the New York Jets on  Sept. 13.

More recently, I’ve enjoyed Christian movies Unsung Hero and Jesus Revolution on limited release in the UK, but it’s rare for such films to make the multiplex chains.
